Challenge: When it came time to lower a 30 acre lake at Ft. Bragg and control surrounding groundwater while an existing dam was reconditioned, the Client asked MSP Rents to design and implement a comprehensive dewatering plan.
Solution: With the ability to
move over 6,500 G.P.M, a 12" Thompson JSC high volume
pump was used to pump down the lake. Once the lake was
pumped down and a coffer dam was built around the original
dam, MSP Rents brought in a smaller vacuum pump to maintain
water level.
